Herb gardens

I’m a fan of Goldner Walsh Nursery, a place I frequent to buy my herbs, and where I’ve done a few events. The herb stakes are a great way to categorize your plants so you know what you’re growing: I’ve got 19 different herbs growing at home at the moment.

Whew–I served more than 500 of those little Dixie cups of green smoothie at the carnival!

Got leafy greens?

Although there are these big bowels of my simple ingredients–bananas, lettuce, blueberries–kids kept asking what was in there. They couldn’t see or taste the lettuce under the more dominant colors and flavors.
